Investors register through the investor portal by submitting their details. An admin reviews and approves or rejects the registration. Approved investors receive a magic link for secure access.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Visit Investor Portal

    Navigate to the investor portal page on TubeRaker. The portal provides information about investment opportunities and a registration form.

  2. Register

    Fill in the registration form with your full name, firm/organization name, and business email address. Submit the form to create a pending investor record.

  3. Admin Notification

    Upon submission, the system automatically notifies platform administrators via email and dashboard alert about the new investor registration.

  4. Admin Review

    An administrator reviews the registration details, verifies the investor's identity and firm, and assesses eligibility for investor-tier access.

  5. Approve or Reject

    The admin makes a decision: approve grants the investor access; reject sends a polite decline email. Both actions are logged for audit purposes.

  6. Magic Link Sent (If Approved)

    Approved investors receive a secure magic link via email. This one-time-use link provides authenticated access to investor-gated content without requiring a password.
